Daily quota

Each plan has a daily USD quota. Every chat message reserves an estimated cost against that quota before the model is called, then settles it to the exact cost once the reply finishes — so a request that fails partway through never overcounts against your quota.

You can check your remaining daily quota at any time from the billing area of the app.

Adding credit

Top-ups and subscription renewals are recorded as ledger entries, not a single balance number that gets decremented — this is deliberate: it's what makes refunds, mid-stream failures, and reconciliation possible without losing track of exactly where a dollar went.

  • VN market: pay by bank transfer via a dynamic QR code (SePay/VietQR). The payment is confirmed automatically once the transfer clears.
  • International: pay by card via Paddle, who acts as merchant of record (handles tax, receipts, etc. on MasterOS's behalf).

No card or bank account number is ever stored by MasterOS directly — both providers handle that on their side.
